WERLA

Ang daming iniisip...

Resignation.. Hahay, buhay accountant... Travel pa ako sa marbel bukas...

Travel. Tatlong araw lang sa Marbel. Baka last travel ko na to on that part of the Philippines.. Mamimiss ko friends ko, sobra.. Huhuhu... I love Marbel talaga... Yung staff house namin, ginagawa kong resthouse.. I usually travel to Marbel kasi when it gets too steamy here in Davao... Yung parang kung nasusuka na ako sa work dito sa Davao, it's time to relocate to Marbel.. Nice kasi dun, wala masyadong pressure.. Far from my family, far from my school, far from everybody. It feels like I'm a free bird when I'm there... So, as I was saying, tatlong araw lang..

Baptism.. Kinuha akong maninay ng one of the client's staff.. Hehehe sa Marbel pah! I'm excited.. Di ko pa nga alam ang name ng baby eh... Hehehe.. After ng christening, uwi na din ako sa Davao with Cary...

Go home to Davao with Cary. Yep! Coz we're going to Manila on Monday... Pa'no bah toh? Alam ko nakakapagod mag travel from Marbel to Davao, about 5 hours of bus ride din yun.. Our flight on the 28th is at 7:45am.. So, I need to get up early.. This will be my very first plane ride.. Oo, hindi pa ako nakakasakay ng airplane... First time ko to.. Ano kaya ang nasa Manila?

Manila. Basta, I'll be execting! Hehe.. Hahay... Cary and I will be going to Baguio on the 29th to attend the PICPA Convention... Excited na akong mag-baguio...

Baguio. I know I have to pack jackets.. Hehehe... Excited na talaga ako... Sana mag-enjoy kami. Alam naman ng lahat ng tao that I'd be going to Baguio not solely because of the convention.. Syempre, I desperately need a vacation. Ito na yata ang pinaka-major na vacation after my Bohol escapade... First time ko din to spend for my own vacation.. Sana mag enjoy to the max! Hanggang May 3 kami sa Baguio... Balik na naman Manila on that same day to catch our flight back to Davao on the 4th of May.

Back to Manila.... I wish to see my friends in Manila sa mga days na nandun ako... Kuya Sherwin, Kadu, Toping, Calixto, Joemar, sino pa bah ang nandyan? Itext nyo lang ako.. =) Magkita tayo before I go home to Davao.

Home. Haaay... Just thinking about all what I've written above makes me feel not just excited but also exhausted... May 4, back to Davao soil na naman... So, what's next after May 4? Eh di May 5... So, what's special about May 5?

May 5... Maybe, one last laag day with Cary before he goes home to Polomolok... I'm sure di ko kaya mag duty on that day... Duty?

Yes, duty... Sa bago kong office.. Excited na din ako...

I want to share this story...

This is a repost from my friendster blog. Everything written in here is true. I just want to share this story...

This guy said I'm stupid

It wasn't a date!

Flashback.....

It was on August last year that I lost my cellphone and MP4 player in Marbel. At 2 A.M., I was scared and confused while I waited for a tricycle that would bring me to the local police station to report a burglary. Once there, I was just like a shadow that nobody cared for, my weak voice only murmured "I lost my phone..." and the desk officer merely gawked at me.

No reaction.

I said it again, "I lost my phone! Somebody stole it while I was sleeping. Do you have a phone here? I would like to try if I can still reach my number. I want to call my father in Davao." I was near in tears! Damn! I really hate to cry so I just swallowed all my tears. This desk officer has no load, damn! I badly need my family that time, I wanted to go home but I just can't...

Then another police came, he was talking on the cellphone quite arrogantly... He was referred to as "sir," I thought maybe this person could help me. After I made my statement for the blotter, this "sir" policeman approached the desk and asked what happened. The desk officer told him about my story and nicely asked if he could lend me his other cellphone so that I can make a call back home.

This "sir" policeman was nice, after all... He lent me his phone, drove me to the nearest loading station, drove me home and still offered to accompany me at the house until 7:00 A.M.

Fast forward.....

When I went back to Marbel the following month, this sir policeman asked if we could have dinner together. I kindly accepted his invitation.

It wasn't a date!

It wasn't a date!

It wasn't a date!

He confessed his feelings (take note, on our second meeting?!?! Duh?!?!) and then I told him I'm committed with somebody (true!). I have no feelings or whatsoever for him. Hello?!?! I don't even know him that well.

But this sir policeman is persistent. He told me that it's okay that I'm committed, he has no problem becoming number 2 (whaaat?!?!), and tried to persuade me more by saying that dating two (or more?) persons at a time would be advantageous for me because in that way, I would have a chance to choose who among those I'm dating is the best (I really think he's sick! I said I'm committed, not just dating...). It just gave me the idea that this guy's a cheater. Hmpf!

Give me a break. It was just our second meeting and why in the world did it happen?

I said NO.

After a few moments, when I stood firm on saying NO, he was already literally blackmailing me! This guy is nuts! Uber nuts! ='(

He even said:

  • Pinag-drive kita... (Nag-offer ka man, eh di go!)
(yeah, i was scared, nag-thank you man pud ko)
(Kasalanan ko ba if you stayed until 7 AM?)
  • I really think you're a smart girl, nasa lawskul ka pa, pero kagaya kayo ng ate ko, bobo sa pag-ibig! (putangina ang sakit nyang magsalita.. Oo nah, I'm stupid when it comes to love, wala akong pakialam!)

Umulan....

A friend named Mark was also in the restaurant where sir policeman and I had dinner. Mark approached me with a big smile, "Ate Sweet!" Lord, you've been so good to me. All I could think of was, my savior, Mark is my savior that night. I invited Mark to accompany me at the house for that night. Putah talaga!!!

Last December, before Christmas, sir policeman sent me text messages.. One of them was...

  • Nagpacheck-up ako, ECG, sabi ng Doctor, may sakit daw ako sa puso... Naalala lang kita.. Ganyan ka ba talaga? Nakakasakit ng puso?

Putaaaaahhhh!!! So, he blamed me... WTF?? Well, anyway, good luck nalng!

Currently, I have resigned from my job... Surely, I'm going to miss Marbel and all my escapades there (of course, that includes the story you have just read)...
